You can ask or confirm one reservation by fax ( +351 213465389), by phone (+351 213424323 / +351 213426757), by email ( email@example.com ), Use the contact form below.
To make or confirm a reservation, you can do it by 2 ways:
1st - By credit card - in this case you have to send us:
- The name of the card holder.
- The 16 numbers.
- Expiration date.
In this case, it will not be discounting anything from the customer's card, unless the client does not arrive and does not inform the reception desk of the cancelation until to 24 hours before the arrival date day . In this case it will be charged from the credit card the first day.
2nd – By bank transfer - in this case you should ask to be sent the datails, so you can make the transfer of the amount of the first night's accommodation.
If the room is not occupied and the guest doesn’t inform the front desk 24 hours before the arrival date , the payment will be returned, but only in person. We don’t do the return by bank transfer.
After the reservation confirmed, it will be sent to the guest the reservation code, the guest should keep this code.
